If you're looking for a fun and fabulous way to burn calories and blow off steam, Planet Funk Academy has a treat in store for you! In this Contemporary Dance class, you'll get a taste of a variety of dance styles. You'll experiment with the strong legwork of ballet, the improvisation characteristic of modern dance, and much more! You'll learn to listen to your body and stay in tune with unpredictable changes in speed and rhythm.
